I was given your contact by an associate who indicated you may have some stories of note about the supernatural. Would you be willing to discuss some of your experiences with them?

Were you now? And whom pray-tell would be telling you such things? As for what I might or might not know, it greatly depends on what exactly is being asked.

Ava. I'm Jonathan Sims, the Archivist. My organization at home is the Magnus Institute, which is dedicated to paranormal research and scholarship. I can assure you my interest is purely academic. I'd simply like to know if you'd be willing to write out a few of your experiences for the archive I'm developing here.

What exactly did she tell you about me? I can certainly write a few tidbits, in the name of science and learning, but I'll need something in return. Insurance that who I am remains off book.

I can, of course, take your statements anonymously, though I would know who you were. Obviously. If you're looking for money in return, as well, I'm a Submissive and that's not particularly easy for me.

And while money wouldn't go amiss, all I want is the guarantee that my name remain off your research. And that you ask no questions as to how I know what I know. If I can have these guarantees, I'll be happy to contribute.

I'm interested in what you've directly experienced, so I'll have to assume you encountered whatever you're telling me about or know people who did. If that is a fair assumption, I can refrain from asking how.

That is a very fair assumption. It wouldn't be the first time I've written about these things. At home, I've left an exhaustive number of journals with my valet to give to my daughter, when it's time.

You may deliver your Statements to either address. I'd prefer one event/encounter be the focus of each for the purposes of filing. If you could include a date of the experience, as well, that would be ideal. And if you're going to mention other people, please use full names where possible.

As a further matter of interest, are there any other people here from your world who might be able to corroborate your experiences? You'll forgive my questioning, but authentication is a major part of my job.

Will you require historical backdrop? The inner workings of Vampire Society? Werewolf pack dynamics? The history of how the supernaturals are viewed in the world or are you hoping for more personal experiences?

If it's the later, I should warn you, they'll be dated anywhere from 1812 to 1850. Don't be surprised by that.

As to that. No. I'm the only one here that I'm aware of. But I can assure you as a man of learning that I'll not skew your research with falsified information.

More personal experiences, please. While I would find a discussion of the former fascinating, the archive is intended for case study work. As such, detailed and individualized accounts are of the most practical use.

[They're also what the Beholding wants, but the Archivist has sense enough not to mention that.]

And that date range is fine. We have Statements dating back to the early 1800s in my archive at home. The Magnus Institute was founded quite a long time ago.
